Phillip's Torchwork Art Glass Pendant and Marble reef scene creations are so realistic that you could almost reach into the water and touch the coral, jellyfish or other
creatures floating in the sea of crystal. They're created by using a propane/oxygen torch to melt carefully selected colors of borosilicate rod and form them into
miniature sculptures. They're then arranged into compositions representing the various flora and fauna found in the ocean and growing in Alaska and Hawaii. Those
tiny sculptures are then encased in molten clear glass using a vacuum encasement process to eliminate air bubbles from the creation. The glass is then shaped into
either a pendant of marble while in a semi-molten state, then annealed in a kiln to eliminate any stresses that occur during the heating and forming process. Each piece
is signed and dated by the artist.

The brass stands are not included with the marbles, but are available for separate purchase. Each pendant includes your choice of a 16-inch or 18-inch black silk
